'I had four odd – and old - pieces of furniture which were dated and scruffy, and needed help to work out an approach and design for upcycling them for our lounge. Towanda seemed to have the professional pedigree I was looking for and, having contacted the company, I felt confident to commission the work. Caroline offered a home consultation, during which we discussed ideas for styling, design and how to solve any problems she envisaged with the pieces; stuff I’d not even thought of! This was really helpful, as it also ensured that Caroline could see the room in which the final pieces would be placed.

Caroline held a wealth of knowledge, not only about design but also product, accessories and application. Towanda were happy to work to my budget and had many cost-efficient suggestions to bring the project within budget. I found them very easy to work with. As Towanda worked through the project, they were always happy to discuss any minor alterations I wanted and kept in regular contact, sending updates, even pictures of progress.

The quality of work has been excellent with an eye to detail. Collection and delivery of the items was arranged through the company at a reasonable cost. My project came in, on schedule and within budget; I’m so happy with the results that I have just commissioned another piece with Towanda. I would highly recommend their services.'
